It's late and I'm sleepy

1) I just went to my first Stitch & Pitch and my first Mariners game. Dude, they won!

2) Ravelympics starts tomorrow. I signed up with Team Seattle under WIP wrestling. If I stay up another hour or so I'll be able to finish the market bag I was making for the Tour de France KAL and then tackle the other WIPs with a clear conscience starting tomorrow. So far I have two scarves, a shawl, and two pairs of socks I have to finish.

3) I think I need to join a 12-step program to gain control over my habit of joining KALs that I can't finish. Would this count as a knitalongalong or knitalong-anon?

4) I spent a week at the Tallis Scholars Summer School. It rocked, even if I did go to bed on time (except for the last night) and skipped the late-night beer and karaoke. I foisted the market bag-in-progress on Jan Coxwell the final morning, and she not only held it for photos (for which she gets bonus points because the orange I used was pretty stunning, and not necessarily in a good way) but also proceeded to work on it for several minutes while I was otherwise occupied. Hee!

I'm hoping to get to next year's Paw Sox Stitch & Pitch.
The TdF KAL is about all I can handle. Looking forward to your finished market bag.

I keep joining KALs too. I am always initially excited about a project, but once I join the KAL, everything EXCEPT the project looks interesting.
