Hurrah for the long weekend! I finished one more repeat on the Backyard Leaves scarf. Meanwhile, the cats lounged,... yawned,... and tried to look as wide as possible.

The KnitPicks DPNs are approx. 7" long. They're really nice, but I have been losing stitches and needles. I hope they're long enough for large men's socks. :) I look forward to seeing how your Pomatomuses are coming along.

Three cheers for UFOs . . . Providence was lovely this weekend, but crazy busy. I'm going to hold out for a west coast meet-up!
I like Backyard Leaves. I've not seen the pattern before but it has a great texture.
Love the kitty photos -- it was certainly hot enough for them to spread out! LOL

BTW....the blue flowers on my blog are Lobelia....the camera shot does nothing to really show their iridescence blue glow..........
